Hallway Design
Sygrove Associates, Inc. has been specializing in lobby and corridor projects for more than 10 years. We pride ourselves on being able to deliver "painless" solutions to often complex design problems.
We have been immensely successful in working with owners, boards and committees, helping them interpret their requirements with a given budget. (One satisfied client told us that we "can stretch a dollar until it screams!") Sygrove is ideally equipped to recommend well-priced materials that are elegant, durable, easily maintained and meet all of New York City's code requirements.
Our firm is extremely sensitive both client and tenant needs, making us well suited to working on cooperative and condominium public spaces. Our tightly organized projects avoid unnecessary inconvenience to tenants, while remaining on time and on budget.
